Ron Reed joined Milieu Landscaping as a Field Supervisor in 2022.

With over 40 years of experience in landscaping Ron has seen and done it all. Ron sets up and supervises our crews, helps with scheduling, does specialty projects, applies sprays and fertilizers as needed, assess and address problems and much more. You got it! In other words, he jumps in where he is needed. (We appreciate you Ron!)

Prior to coming to Milieu, Ron worked primarily as a client rep for high-end maintenance clients on Chicago’s NorthShore. He has experience in wholesale and retail nursery sales as well. If you are in the green industry, you are sure to have met Ron!

Graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture, he likes to call himself a “plant geek”.

Ron is married almost 40 years to his amazing wife Maggie. He has two daughters and a granddaughter that keeps him young.

His others interests include sports, organic vegetable gardening, hiking, biking, and reading.
