Matthew Ahlgrim is a Manager of Design and has been at Milieu Landscaping full-time since 2022.

After graduating from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a minor in General Business, he interned with Milieu during the summer of 2021 and now is a permanent fixture in our team.

Matt is an award-winning designer who is passionate about creating outdoor spaces that clients can connect to and enjoy for years to come. With strong construction knowledge and a keen eye for detail, he thoughtfully brings each client’s vision to life.

Matt works closely with clients, contractors, and vendors throughout the design process and is known for his professionalism, clear communication, and dedication to excellence. He takes great pride in creating beautiful, functional landscapes while supporting both his clients and team every step of the way.

Outside of work Matt enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family & friends.
