Milieu is looking for a Landscape Project Manager to add to our Design Build Department! This person will play a vital role in helping the design build team and clients realize their project vision through the construction process.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years experience in landscape design/build, landscape construction, landscape architecture, or construction management
• A degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Experience in managing projects, site layouts, project permitting, and material procurement
• An excellent communicator with crews, project leads, and the design-build team
• Has a working vehicle and is willing to travel to job sites in Chicagoland area
• A passionate professional with good problem solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Integrating with design build and production team to implement design intent throughout construction process
• Initiating landscape and hardscape layouts
• Integrating with team on project scheduling and coordination
• Overseeing quality of work and adhering to landscape plans. Suggesting field modifications to design-build team as needed.
• Communicating project tasks to crew
• Updating and documenting sales lead on project progress
• Updating work orders as needed
• Material purchasing and procurement
• Tracking and meeting projected installation timelines
• Aiding in permit process and village inspections
• Maximizing project efficiencies and productivity
